We're looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to join a collaborative team at a leading international law firm. This is an overall procurement rather than a specific category-based role.
You’ll focus on:
- Strategic Sourcing – leading tenders and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Supplier & Stakeholder Relationships – working with teams and suppliers to drive performance and value.
- Contract management – managing the contract lifecycle, renewals and negotiations.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier or contract management withgin a oriofessional office environment, e.g. law, accountancy, banking, insurance etc.
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
- CIPS Level 4 or above required
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Procure-to-Pay systems.
- Professional services experience and familiarity with contract management systems are a big plus.
