This is a broad, high-impact role responsible for supporting and developing a comprehensive UK and international benefits offering while contributing to wider reward initiatives. The position offers exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence reward and benefits strategy across a global organisation.
Key requirements:
- Strong employee benefits experience who really understands the benefits processes and feels comfortable dealing with brokers and making recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Strong Excel and analytical capability
- Experience within legal or other professional services preferred
