Resource Manager – Litigation & Dispute Resolution
A leading law firm is seeking a Resource Manager to join its newly established Resource Management function, supporting the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice.
What you’ll do
- Lead work allocation and utilisation across the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, ensuring fair distribution of matters.
- Build trusted relationships with Partners, Associates, and HR Business Partners.
- Act as the central point for work allocation requests, balancing client needs with internal capabilities.
- Support Associate development by aligning work opportunities with career goals and providing exposure to diverse matters.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to refine processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor capacity, forecast future needs, and manage resourcing challenges.
- Deliver regular utilisation and capacity insights to Partners.
- Drive resource management strategies that align with the firm’s overall objectives.
