Job Description

We are excited to be handling this brand-new Resource Managers role, working for a prestigious silver-circle law firm. You will have responsibility for the resource allocation for 2 of their business streams, working closely with the Partners to make sure the work is allocated both fairly and efficiently. The role is also key to making sure lawyers get exposure to the right level of work and have the right level of support to ensure they are both happy and productive.

You will need at least 2 years previous resource allocation experience ideally gained in a legal or professional services environment.
