About the role
You'll join the UK Lateral Recruitment team, supporting hiring across the UK, Johannesburg, Brussels, Luxembourg, Dubai and Riyadh. It's a genuinely varied role - part recruitment administration, part candidate and agency liaison, part early careers coordination - and you'll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for junior roles like PTAs and Paralegals, with support from the Recruitment Manager.
You'll be doing things like
- Keeping live vacancies and the careers page up to date on Workday and Phenom
- Coordinating interviews, technical tests and assessment centres
- Managing candidate and agency communications from first contact through to offer
- Drafting and issuing offer letters and contracts
- Playing a key role in the Belfast Apprenticeship Programme, Vacation Scheme and Internal Training Contract
- Representing the firm at careers fairs and university events
- Producing recruitment reports and maintaining accurate data
What you'll bring
- Experience in recruitment administration, HR or a similar field
- Strong organisational skills and the initiative to juggle competing priorities
- Familiarity with Workday or similar ATS platforms is a bonus
- Curiosity about the legal industry and how a global firm operates
