Receptionist Team Leader

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a top tier global law firm based close to St Pauls. They are seeking a Receptionist Team Leader to join their London team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and client focused team working in stunning offices. You\’ll be a natural leader, supporting the front of house manager with a range of supervisory and operational support. Duties include:

• Produce weekly rota\’s and sickness covers
• Attend team meetings and record minutes
• Act as a training champion, supervise teams, and find improvements to processes
• Maintain high levels of communication and monitor appearance standards
• Ensure every client is receiving a first-class service

The firm are keen to find a Reception Supervisor or Manager currently working in a legal environment. You\’ll be forward thinking, highly communicative, and have excellent people skills. You will have demonstrable supervisory skills.

This is a permanent role with a salary up to c£55,000 plus benefits.
