We're looking for an experienced Practice Executive to support partners and lawyers in Corporate β managing everything from diaries, travel and billing to client relationships and business development.
You'll be trusted with real responsibility from day one, delegating to a Practice Team Assistant while keeping oversight of quality, accuracy and deadlines across the board.
- What you'll be doing
- Managing partner and lawyer diaries, travel and meeting logistics
- Producing firm-compliant documents, correspondence and presentations
- Coordinating billing, WIP and cross-border invoicing
- Supporting pitches, credentials and BD reporting
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and their teams
- Delegating and overseeing admin tasks to keep everything on track
- What you'll bring
- Minimum four years' experience as a Secretary/PA in professional services, legal experience desired
- Typing speed of 55wpm at 98% accuracy
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, basic Visio
- Excellent judgement, attention to detail and client focus
- A calm head under pressure and a proactive, can-do approach
