Project Management & Delivery

  • Balance pace with appropriate governance in a fast-moving environment.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the infrastructure required to manage a broad portfolio of Marketing Technology & Operations initiatives.
  • Create and maintain project boards, portfolio dashboards and reporting to provide clear visibility of progress, priorities and risks.

  • Act as a central point of contact for new Marketing Technology & Operations project requests.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges and objectives.
  • Translate requirements into clearly defined scopes and, where appropriate, detailed requirements documentation for handover to development or delivery teams.
  • Challenge and shape requests to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and available capacity.

Stakeholder & Change Management

  • Build strong relationships across Marketing & BD, IT, external suppliers and other business services teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to support requirement gathering and decision-making.
  • Work with the wider team to support the successful adoption of new processes, tools and ways of working through effective change management.

  • Experience supporting or delivering projects within a law firm or similar professional services environment.
  • Good understanding of Marketing & Business Development operations.
  • Solid understanding of change management principles and how to embed change in a complex organisation.
  • Ability to understand business context and present practical solutions in clear, accessible language.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple competing priorities.
