A leading law firm is looking for an HR Systems Administrator to join its collaborative HR Operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on HR systems experience who enjoys working with data, improving processes and supporting a high-performing professional services environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting day-to-day HR data management and firm-wide reporting
- Helping manage and continuously develop the firm’s HR system
- Designing and building end-to-end workflows to automate and improve HR processes
- Producing complex Excel reports and presenting insights to stakeholders
- Liaising with system vendors to resolve HRIS issues
- Supporting annual pay gap reporting and salary review processes
- Contributing to ongoing improvements across HR operations
About you:
- At least 1 year’s experience working with systems, ideally within HR
- Comfortable working with HR information systems and Excel
- Highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with a professional, team-oriented approach
- Proactive problem-solver with a practical “can-do” mindset
- Genuinely interested in supporting the wider business
