We are seeking an organised, proactive Facilities professional to join the Operational team of this fantastic Global Law Firm. You will support the delivery of facilities and office services across the UK, acting as a key contact for colleagues, contractors and suppliers. The role covers invoice and purchase-order processing, contractor coordination, supplier performance monitoring, workstation equipment requests, office moves, compliance activities, intranet updates and departmental events. You will also support procurement exercises, sustainability initiatives, environmental reporting and the maintenance of ISO 14001 standards. You will have strong administrative and organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and experience in facilities or office services. You should be confident managing suppliers, budgets and competing priorities, with advanced Microsoft Office skills and a commitment to outstanding client service.
This is a 35-hour-per-week role, typically 9:30am to 5:30pm, although additional hours may occasionally be required. Agile and flexible working patterns are available, with up to 40% of working time from home. Set in beautiful offices with a fantastic working culture. Apply now to find out more.
