We’re representing an international law firm with an amazing reputation looking for a talented Payroll and Benefits Co-ordinator to join the team. You will be working closely with HR in New York, and you will be an active part of the wellness committee implementing the London Office wellness strategy, conducting regular benchmarking exercises within the market, to ensure that all salary and benefit offerings remain competitive and lead on projects to review, update and improve the HRIS.
Requirements
- Knowledge of integrated benefits systems (i.e. Zest)
- Pro-active, self-motivated and forward thinking
- Adaptable to change, particularly around systems and processes
- Excellent Excel skills and ideally experience of using and interrogating benefits systems including running regular reports
