Join a leading international law firm as an Evening Workflow Specialist and play a key role in ensuring seamless document production and operational continuity during evening hours.
What You’ll Do
- Produce high-quality legal documents using advanced MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
- Act as the primary point of contact for workflow, monitoring requests and allocating tasks.
- Troubleshoot and support colleagues on templates, styles, and MS Office functions.
- Create and format presentations, brochures, and event materials.
- Maintain strict adherence to document standards and visual identity principles.
- Communicate workflow updates and ensure smooth handovers between day and evening teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines.
- Experience in a legal or partnership environment preferred.
- Typing speed of 60 wpm and familiarity with workflow systems (BigHand Hub desirable).
