Friendly and ever so successful law firm based in the heart of the city is keen to recruit an experienced L&D Advisor to join them on a permanent basis. It's a busy generalist role that will include working with business support heads to ensure appropriate training for business support and secretarial teams, trainees and NQs, liaising with outside providers and coordinating the firm's trainee and NQ programmes and helping to spearhead their transformation to digital learning.
Previous Learning & Development experience in a law firm, accountancy practice or other professional services environment is necessary for this role. In return, the firm can offer a stimulating and fast-paced role with a friendly, focused L&D team. This role will be of particular interest for someone currently at assistant level who is looking to move up.
