A leading London law firm is recruiting a Junior Legal PA to support lawyers within its Corporate practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised PA looking to build a long-term career in a professional services environment.
The role involves providing high-quality, client-focused legal support to fee earners, working closely with the wider team to ensure the smooth running of matters and daily operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a first point of contact for internal and external enquiries
- Building strong working relationships with lawyers and clients
- Diary management, meeting coordination and room bookings
- Arranging travel and accommodation via the firm’s preferred suppliers
- Maintaining accurate e-filing and document management systems
- Supporting billing, matter management and client set-up processes
- Assisting with CDD, conflicts checks and matter opening requests
- Updating the firm’s CRM system with client and business development activity
- Supporting business development initiatives, including client events
- Providing flexible support to other teams during busy periods
This role would suit a Junior PA or Legal Secretary looking to develop their skills within a corporate legal environment. You will ideally have:
