Human Resource Information System Manager

The role is supremely important within the firm. The HR Systems and MI Manager will be responsible for managing and optimising the Firm’s HR system and delivering insightful management information (MI) to support strategic decision-making within the Firm. This role involves ensuring the effective use of HR technology to streamline processes and enhance data-driven decision-making capabilities. The role holder will work closely with HR, IT and Finance teams, to ensure the right solutions and processes are in place to support the evolving needs of the business.

There is line management responsibility of a Systems Analyst and a Reporting and MI Analyst. The role reports into our Head of HR Policy & Services.

To apply you will need a proven track record in managing HR Information Systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors, proven experience in HR systems management and MI delivery, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment, and have experience of leading HR systems

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise the Firm’s HR system and deliver MI to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure effective use of HR technology to streamline processes and enable data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT and Finance teams to implement appropriate solutions and processes.
  • Provide leadership for the HR Systems team, including line management of a Systems Analyst and a Reporting & MI Analyst.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in managing HR Information Systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience in HR systems management and MI delivery, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Experience in leading HR systems initiatives.
