This is a fabulous role for someone who is fresh out of Legal Secretarial College or someone with at least 6 months office admin experience, and is looking for the first step into a big law firm.
This role is with a 'Top 30' law firm with offices around the world who are known for their excellent staff training and career development. It’s working as an Administrative Assistant, working alongside the Partner, lawyers and PAs, performing a range of administrative and file management tasks.
They’re looking for someone who can build ongoing service-based relationships with their team, working independently to deliver a high level of admin support to the lawyers.
To apply, you’ll need:
- a minimum of 6 months office admin experience (this is essential)
- good GCSEs graded A to C to include maths and English (or equivalent level of qualification)
- technical capability on a range of software with an ability to pick up new technological skills through training, both on the job and through specific sessions.
