We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading international law firm, close to St Pauls, to find them a Graduate Development Advisor. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a firm that has career development at the heart of everything they do.

You will be working as part of a delightful team to assist in the growth of the firm's Associates. This role focuses on development rather than graduate recruitment.

The perfect Graduate Development Advisor will have 18 months of experience in a law firm and have a real passion for lawyer development. You will be a team player and keen to be part of an ever-evolving law firm.

This role is a permanent position with a salary of up to £40,000, excellent benefits, and hybrid working.
