For Companies Brand new role working for a firm of accountants/insolvency practitioners who specialise in restructuring/insolvency. Boutique firm with around 20 people based in Villiers St (Charing Cross). Reporting directly to the Partners.
The role is working as their sole Finance Manager (or Financial Controller as job title is open). Salary is c£70K but negotiable for the right person.
Ideal candidate will have worked in a regulated environment (FCA) and be either a qualified Accountant or Management Accountant. Duties will include:
Billing
Management Accounts
CT and VAT Returns
Handling of client monies
Bank reconciliations
Working on their bespoke IPS system
Some of the work is for the firm and some is for clients so is chargeable
