A leading international law firm is looking for a Legal Recruiting Coordinator to join its London office on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, supporting a busy and collaborative recruiting team. Key responsibilities
- Manage the lateral associate recruitment process
- Review, screen, and summarise CVs and manage the CV portal
- Liaise closely with recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate interviews end‑to‑end, including diaries, MS Teams links, rooms, and candidate experience
- Track recruitment activity and collate post‑interview feedback
- Assist with approvals to offer and preparation of offer documentation
- Support background, right‑to‑work, conflicts, and compliance checks
- Coordinate onboarding and inductions, including pre‑arrival communications and welcome packs
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and reports
