A leading law firm is seeking an outstanding Executive Assistant, Banking and Finance to support a small group of partners within a high‑performing, fast‑paced team. The opportunity

As an Executive Assistant, Banking and Finance, you will act as a trusted right‑hand to partners, providing seamless diary, inbox and client support while managing competing priorities with confidence and discretion. You’ll be central to the smooth running of the team, anticipating needs, resolving issues before they arise, and ensuring partners are always prepared and supported to perform at their best.

Key responsibilities

  • Acting as a professional, client‑focused ambassador internally and externally
  • Full ownership of complex diary and inbox management, including resolving clashes and prioritising urgent matters
  • Coordinating billing, WIP management and other financial processes with a strong commercial awareness
  • Supporting partners with meetings, travel arrangements, and high‑level administrative projects
  • Liaising closely with marketing and business development teams on events, seminars and client initiatives
  • Building trusted, long‑term working relationships with partners and key stakeholders
