The opportunity
As an Executive Assistant, Banking and Finance, you will act as a trusted right‑hand to partners, providing seamless diary, inbox and client support while managing competing priorities with confidence and discretion. Key responsibilities
- Acting as a professional, client‑focused ambassador internally and externally
- Full ownership of complex diary and inbox management, including resolving clashes and prioritising urgent matters
- Coordinating billing, WIP management and other financial processes with a strong commercial awareness
- Supporting partners with meetings, travel arrangements, and high‑level administrative projects
