We’re looking for a Senior Billing Coordinator to join a top global law firm’s rapidly growing Finance team. This role is central to the corporate group’s finance process, supporting Partners and Fee Earners in delivering accurate, timely billing and ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively calculate billing amounts, manage write-offs, and draft invoices for approval.
  • Handle complex reconciliations, supplier bills, discounts, and disbursement allocations.
  • Manage advance billing procedures and client-to-office transfers.
  • Be the go‑to contact for billing queries, credit notes, and escalations.
  • Coordinate with global teams on e‑billing, multi‑payer matters, and ad‑hoc tasks.
  • Lead WIP review sessions with Partners and ensure accurate, timely write‑offs.
  • Provide reporting and analysis to reduce WIP days and improve lock‑up.
  • Support Billing Coordinators with complex queries and VAT/SAR compliance.
  • Deputise for the Team Leader when required and assist with onboarding and training.
