A top-tier law firm in the City is looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join its in-house recruitment function on a fixed-term contract of a minimum of 9 months. This Recruitment Advisor role is focused on business services recruitment. It would suit someone with a background in legal recruitment - either agency-side or in-house - who understands the sector and can operate with genuine credibility and gravitas across the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE RECRUITMENT ADVISOR

  • Managing recruitment across a range of business services roles
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements and shape recruitment strategy for each role
  • Briefing and managing relationships with recruitment agencies
  • Assessing CVs and shortlisting candidates against role requirements
  • Leading and coordinating a high volume of interviews
