An opportunity for an experienced paralegal with good Commercial, Corporate experience to join the London office of this US law firm. Hours are 12 (mid-day) to 8.30pm

To apply you will have an excellent academic record, at least 2 years practical corporate law firm experience. Substantial paralegal experience within a law firm is essential and preferably in Capital Markets, US Securities and Leveraged Finance.

This role is an ideal opportunity for an experienced paralegal who wishes to consolidate and expand their skill set and gain experience of working within the London office of a prestigious US law firm. Contract length is from 6-12 months.There\’
