A leading law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Knowledge Management Manager to play a central role in shaping and delivering its knowledge strategy. The Role
- Lead the firm’s knowledge management strategy across key practice areas
- Collaborate with lawyers to capture, structure and share critical legal know how
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of precedents, templates and guidance materials
- Drive engagement with knowledge systems, tools and processes
- Identify and implement innovative solutions, including legal tech and automation
- Support training initiatives to embed best practice in knowledge usage
- Ensure knowledge resources remain current, accessible and aligned with client needs
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to embed KM into day-to-day workflows
- Manage and enhance intranet content, databases and knowledge platforms
- Improve accessibility, quality and consistency of knowledge assets
- Provide insights and materials to support business development and thought leadership
- Track usage and effectiveness of KM initiatives, making continuous improvements

- Proven experience in a Knowledge Management role within a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong understanding of legal processes, documentation and client delivery
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
