A leading London law firm is recruiting a Junior Legal PA to support lawyers within its Corporate practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised PA looking to build a long-term career in a professional services environment.

The role involves providing high-quality, client-focused legal support to fee earners, working closely with the wider team to ensure the smooth running of matters and daily operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a first point of contact for internal and external enquiries
  • Building strong working relationships with lawyers and clients
  • Diary management, meeting coordination and room bookings
  • Arranging travel and accommodation via the firm’s preferred suppliers
  • Maintaining accurate e-filing and document management systems
  • Supporting billing, matter management and client set-up processes
  • Assisting with CDD, conflicts checks and matter opening requests
  • Updating the firm’s CRM system with client and business development activity
  • Supporting business development initiatives, including client events
  • Providing flexible support to other teams during busy periods
