Instead, we're looking for an organised, enthusiastic and people-focused individual with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Working within a supportive HR team, you'll play a key role in helping to attract, recruit and develop future legal talent while gaining valuable experience across recruitment, events, employer branding and talent development.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate careers events, recruitment activities and candidate engagement initiatives
- Arrange interviews, assessment days and candidate communications
- Manage and maintain recruitment systems and databases
- Support the delivery of vacation schemes, insight programmes and other early careers initiatives
- Assist with trainee and scholar events, inductions and development programmes
- Create engaging communications and marketing materials using Canva
- Act as a first point of contact for candidate and early careers enquiries
- Support budget administration, grants and general team operations
- Contribute to projects that help improve processes and the candidate experience
- Who We're Looking For
- A school leaver, college leaver or junior administrator looking to begin a professional career
- Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
- Previous office experience is helpful but not essential
- Customer service, retail, hospitality or other people-focused experience will be considered
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
