A leading law firm is looking for a skilled Audio Visual Technician to take ownership of on-site AV services within its London office. This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you’ll play a key part in delivering seamless meeting and event experiences.
The Opportunity
- Act as the go-to AV expert for a busy corporate environment.
- Deliver exceptional front-of-house, client-facing support.
- Support a wide range of hybrid and in-person meetings and events.
- Collaborate with Reception and Workplace teams to maintain high standards.
- Ensure all meeting room technology operates flawlessly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Set up, manage and support AV for meetings, events, and conferences.
- Ensure meeting rooms are fully operational and presentation-ready at all times.
- Troubleshoot issues quickly, both in person and remotely.
- Support and maintain MTR systems and conferencing platforms.
- Conduct regular equipment checks and coordinate repairs where needed.
- Assist with AV installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of AV equipment and maintenance.
- Provide guidance and training to colleagues on AV usage.
- Deliver additional front-of-house support when required.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience with AV systems and meeting room technology.
- Knowledge of platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex and Google.
- Strong troubleshooting ability with a hands-on, proactive approach.
- Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, connectivity, cabling).
- Excellent communication skills with a professional, client-facing manner.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
Working
- Five days per week (Monday to Friday).
- Rotating shifts between 7:30 am – 6:00 pm.
- Flexibility is required to support business needs.
