A leading law firm is looking for a skilled Audio Visual Technician to take ownership of on-site AV services within its London office. This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you’ll play a key part in delivering seamless meeting and event experiences.

The Opportunity

  • Act as the go-to AV expert for a busy corporate environment.
  • Deliver exceptional front-of-house, client-facing support.
  • Support a wide range of hybrid and in-person meetings and events.
  • Collaborate with Reception and Workplace teams to maintain high standards.
  • Ensure all meeting room technology operates flawlessly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Set up, manage and support AV for meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are fully operational and presentation-ready at all times.
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly, both in person and remotely.
  • Support and maintain MTR systems and conferencing platforms.
  • Conduct regular equipment checks and coordinate repairs where needed.
  • Assist with AV installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of AV equipment and maintenance.
  • Provide guidance and training to colleagues on AV usage.
  • Deliver additional front-of-house support when required.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience with AV systems and meeting room technology.
  • Knowledge of platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex and Google.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability with a hands-on, proactive approach.
  • Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, connectivity, cabling).
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional, client-facing manner.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365.

Working

  • Five days per week (Monday to Friday).
  • Rotating shifts between 7:30 am – 6:00 pm.
  • Flexibility is required to support business needs.
