A leading law firm is looking for a skilled Audio Visual Technician to take ownership of on-site AV services within its London office. This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you’ll play a key part in delivering seamless meeting and event experiences.
The Opportunity
- Act as the go-to AV expert for a busy corporate environment
- Deliver exceptional front-of-house, client-facing support
- Support a wide range of hybrid and in-person meetings and events
- Collaborate with Reception and Workplace teams to maintain high standards
- Ensure all meeting room technology operates flawlessly
What You’ll Be Doing
- Set up, manage and support AV for meetings, events, and conferences
- Ensure meeting rooms are fully operational and presentation-ready at all times
- Troubleshoot issues quickly, both in person and remotely
- Support and maintain MTR systems and conferencing platforms
- Conduct regular equipment checks and coordinate repairs where needed
- Assist with AV installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate records of AV equipment and maintenance
- Provide guidance and training to colleagues on AV usage
- Deliver additional front-of-house support when required
What You’ll Bring
- Experience with AV systems and meeting room technology
- Knowledge of platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex and Google
- Strong troubleshooting ability with a hands-on, proactive approach
- Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, connectivity, cabling)
- Excellent communication skills with a professional, client-facing manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365
Working
- Five days per week (Monday to Friday)
- Rotating shifts between 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
- Flexibility is required to support business needs
