A leading international law firm is looking for a Legal Recruiting Coordinator to join its London office on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, supporting a busy and collaborative recruiting team. This role suits someone with recruitment experience in a legal recruitment agency, law firm or professional services environment who enjoys pace, detail, and stakeholder interaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the lateral associate recruitment process
  • Review, screen, and summarise CVs and manage the CV portal
  • Liaise closely with recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate interviews end‑to‑end, including diaries, MS Teams links, rooms, and candidate experience
  • Track recruitment activity and collate post‑interview feedback
  • Assist with approvals to offer and preparation of offer documentation
  • Support background, right‑to‑work, conflicts, and compliance checks
  • Coordinate onboarding and inductions, including pre‑arrival communications and welcome packs
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and reports

About you

  • Recruitment experience within a legal recruitment agency, law firm or professional services environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a professional, service‑focused approach
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting
  • Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
  • Strong MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and document management system skills
