A leading law firm is looking for a skilled Audio Visual Technician to take ownership of on-site AV services within its London office. This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you’ll play a key part in delivering seamless meeting and event experiences.

The Opportunity

  • Act as the go-to AV expert for a busy corporate environment
  • Deliver exceptional front-of-house, client-facing support
  • Support a wide range of hybrid and in-person meetings and events
  • Collaborate with Reception and Workplace teams to maintain high standards
  • Ensure all meeting room technology operates flawlessly

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Set up, manage and support AV for meetings, events, and conferences
  • Ensure meeting rooms are fully operational and presentation-ready at all times
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly, both in person and remotely
  • Support and maintain MTR systems and conferencing platforms
  • Conduct regular equipment checks and coordinate repairs where needed
  • Assist with AV installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of AV equipment and maintenance
  • Provide guidance and training to colleagues on AV usage
  • Deliver additional front-of-house support when required

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience with AV systems and meeting room technology
  • Knowledge of platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex and Google
  • Strong troubleshooting ability with a hands-on, proactive approach
  • Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, connectivity, cabling)
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional, client-facing manner
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365

Working

  • Five days per week (Monday to Friday)
  • Rotating shifts between 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
  • Flexibility is required to support business needs
