A leading City law firm is looking for a Resource Advisor to decide who works on what, and to make sure the right fee earners are matched to the right deals at the right time.
Work allocation is the heart of this role, and your analytical skills will make a real difference to how the practice operates and performs.
What you will do
- Own work allocation across a transactional practice
- Track capacity and utilisation to guide your allocation decisions
- Use data to forecast workload and sharpen work allocation
- Build strong relationships with fee earners and partners
- Produce clear management information on resource levels and work allocation
What you bring
- Experience in analytics
- A Big Four or similar professional services background (a big plus)
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders
- A genuine drive to upskill and grow your career
Salary: c. £45,000 - £55,000
