Plumstead Community Law Centre is a specialist legal advice charity providing free legal advice and representation in immigration, welfare benefits and employment law. We are seeking an experienced Head of Immigration to lead and develop our Immigration Department.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Solicitor, Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive to supervise our immigration team, manage a complex caseload and ensure compliance with Legal Aid Agency and professional standards. You will play a key role in maintaining high-quality legal services while helping to develop and strengthen our immigration practice.
Applicants should have significant experience in immigration and asylum law, be eligible to act as an Immigration Supervisor under the Legal Aid Agency Immigration Category Specification, and have a strong commitment to access to justice and supporting vulnerable communities.
