Responsibilities
- Provide high quality advice and assistance to users of the Law Centre.
- Act on users’ instructions and negotiate settlement agreements.
- Deliver client‑focused, results‑orientated service, in line with the organisation’s corporate vision.
Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor or barrister with a current practising certificate in England and Wales.
- Expertise in employment and discrimination law.
- Experience and knowledge of Employment Tribunal Practice and Procedure.
