Programme Director Employment Type: Full Time We\’re looking for a dynamic and hands-on Programme Director to lead and evolve our strategic transformation agenda. This is a high-impact role at the heart of a fast-moving, private equity-backed business, where you\’ll work across a diverse portfolio of initiatives aimed at driving value and improving our client and employee experiences. Projects might include product launches, systems implementations, process transformation or pricing and commercial optimisation. Introduce improved tooling (dashboards, reporting systems) to simplify KPI tracking and milestone management. • Step into projects directly when needed to recover timelines or accelerate outcomes. • Help unblock delivery challenges and ensure momentum is maintained across initiatives. • Facilitate workshops, step in to remove blockers, and generally be a participant to solve project challenges and drive results • Support project teams with analysis, slide development, and narrative building to drive clarity and alignment. Proven experience leading complex programmes, ideally in a private equity or high-growth environment. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
