Description

The role will be responsible for the full 360 sales cycle, using relationship management and negotiation skills to upsell and renew existing clients via telephone, screenshare presentations, and email communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales by effectively engaging with new clients and developing new business prospects to understand their needs and recommending appropriate membership or subscription services.
  • Work to an agreed personal target, consistently met.
  • Use relationship, client management, and negotiation skills to grow the client base by approaching new clients via telephone and email, planning and preparing presentations and communicating product offering via MS Teams.
  • Actively source leads for chosen sectors and contact leads provided.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identify opportunities to upsell and upgrade, and support the renewal cycle.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure highest standards of delivery and identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling to increase company revenue.
  • Develop in‑depth product, market, and sector knowledge.

  • 1‑3 years proven sales experience with a strong ability to work to targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a genuine drive to develop a career in sales.
