Centellic in London seeks a Service Delivery Manager to own the operational performance of the global Helpdesk and outsourced partners, aligning with SLAs and customer experience. You will lead governance, reporting and continual improvement across IT Operations and suppliers.

You will collaborate with Infrastructure, InfoSec, Enterprise Services, CRM, Product & Technology and business stakeholders to mature service delivery, establish service ownership, and drive improvements across regions.
