As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and driving revenue growth across international markets. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a high growth team where you will accelerate your development and help to build Lexology PRO.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating closely with our SDR team to drive pipeline growth, refine outreach strategies, and ensure seamless handoffs to sales.
- Conduct tailored product demos and articulate the value of Lexology PRO to prospects across roles and sectors.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Own the full 360 sales cycle, prospecting and qualifying opportunities, building pipeline, demonstrating value, and navigating complex procurement processes to close deals with legal professionals and decision‑makers.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in our CRM (Salesforce) and report on KPIs such as AOV, conversion rate, and churn.
- Contribute to team strategy and share insights on ICP trends, objections, and market feedback.
What success looks like
- Achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Work closely with CS and AM to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in legal tech, SaaS, or professional services.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different personas & companies.
- A proactive mindset and resilience in navigating objections and complex buying cycles.
- Familiarity with CRM and Sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Clari) and experience using sales methodologies like MEDDICC, Challenger or SPIN.
- A collaborative and competitive individual - you’re motivated by team wins as much as personal success.
- An Entrepreneurial spirit. You are motivated by building something new and with all the challenges and opportunities that it brings.
