As an Account Manager, you will own and grow relationships with an established portfolio of clients, working across a mixed product portfolio and territory. This is a commercially focused role with clear accountability for revenue growth, renewals and customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with existing customers, proactively managing accounts to identify upsell, cross-sell and retention opportunities.
  • Create and execute client sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to manage the full client lifecycle and increase both renewal value and volume.
  • Gather and relay client feedback to support product development and the successful launch of new products.
  • Accurately record sales activity and pipeline progression in CRM from opportunity creation through to close.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

We're looking for someone commercially driven, organised, and confident managing customer relationships in a target-driven environment. You will bring:

  • A proven track record in sales, account management or business development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including confident client conversations.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • A commercial mindset, with a clear focus on outcomes and customer value.
  • A strong desire to exceed targets and consistently over-perform.
