The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

This role will provide specialist, people related services and advice to our internal customers (managers and employees), to meet operational and business needs whilst maintaining professional standards. The role will support the P&C Partner in their operational and strategic goals and work closely with the People Operations Manager.

This P&C Advisor will support the non-commercial teams. Advertising as a part-time role (maternity cover for 6 months) working 3 to 3.5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing timely advice around relevant employment law, policies, processes and best practice.
  • Providing advice to managers and employees on a range of topics via the shared People & Culture inbox.
  • Conducting exit interviews with leavers, feeding back insights to the P&C team to ensure we are alerted to issues and managing them.
  • Supporting the P&C team in launching new initiatives and projects.
  • Using Workday (HRIS System) to analyse data around diversity, turnover and other key metrics, producing insight reports for the P&C Partners and key stakeholders.
  • Coaching and supporting line managers to ensure they understand best practice across the employee life cycle.
  • Questioning and challenging others to get to the root of the people and business issues.
  • Role modelling the values, culture and behaviours.
  • Seeking and recommending improvements to the P&C processes and procedures.
