Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with existing customers, proactively managing accounts to identify upsell, cross‑sell and retention opportunities.
  • Create and execute client sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to manage the full client lifecycle and increase both renewal value and volume.
  • Gather and relay client feedback to support product development and the successful launch of new products.
  • Accurately record sales activity and pipeline progression in CRM from opportunity creation through to close.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • A proven track record in sales, account management or business development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including confident client conversations.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • A commercial mindset, with a clear focus on outcomes and customer value.
  • A strong desire to exceed targets and consistently over‑perform.
