This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Finance Business Partner to join our team. You will build your business knowledge and create strong relationships across divisions; you will have responsibility for pulling together high-quality commercial analysis for a range of key stakeholders. The Finance Business Partner supporting Product and Tech and Corporate costs will lead cost control and capital expenditure planning across the business. This role is critical in ensuring financial discipline, optimising operational spend, and supporting strategic investment decisions, including ROI. They will work closely with budget holders, project managers, and senior leadership to provide financial insight, challenge assumptions, and drive value.
Key Responsibilities
- Cost Management
- Partner with department leads to monitor and control operating expenses.
- Provide monthly cost centre reporting, variance analysis, and actionable insights.
- Support month end processes with accounting team.
Strong analytical skills. Ability to set and meet deadlines including ability to manage multiple tasks to completion at the same time. A strong desire to keep learning new things.
