This position reports to the Vice President, Global Events & Recognition and manages the day‑to‑day operations of a growing portfolio of nearly 20 global awards. The Awards Manager oversees the full lifecycle of each programme, driving launch activity, facilitating cross‑functional progress, and ensuring the timely and successful completion of each event cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate event cycles by arranging launch meetings and compiling prior year information for review.
- Ensure that Salesforce and Swoogo contain the same packages and pricing reflected in sales collateral.
- Proof‑read all event assets, including websites, programmes, scripts, trophies, and other materials to maintain brand consistency and quality.
- Liaise with cross‑functional teams to coordinate timelines.
- Track KPIs through weekly team meetings to keep events on schedule.
- Close event cycles by compiling marketing reports, survey feedback, and stakeholder summaries.
