This role is responsible for the end-to-end planning and management of the company’s important internal events programme. The Corporate Events Executive will lead the execution of Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) offsite meetings, company-wide townhalls, and global incentive trips, acting as a trusted partner to executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage corporate offsite meetings for the leadership team and international offices in the US, UK and Hong Kong
- Ensure all events align with objectives
- Plan and deliver internal townhalls (virtual)
- Lead planning and execution of global incentive trips
- Work closely with Senior Leaders and their support team
- Research, negotiate and contract venues and suppliers
- Manage event budgets and financial tracking
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders
- Calm and solutions-focused under pressure
- High levels of discretion and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal English
- 1-2 years experience delivering complex corporate or internal events
- Proven experience working with executive and senior leadership audiences
- Experience managing event budgets and suppliers
