Key Responsibilities

  • Identify target accounts and generate meetings with senior decision makers.
  • Build relationships with prospective target clients, converting these to new logo client wins through an effective, consultative sales process.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, consistently achieving targets.
  • Utilising all physical and sales stack based channels for business development and prospecting purposes.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • Solid commercial experience in an SDR to BD role.
  • Demonstrable skills and experience in lead sourcing and cold calling to book sales meetings.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Highly motivated, target / KPI driven and good influencing skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Good relationship building skills.
  • Experience of Salesforce, Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Zoom Info would be optimal.
