Business Development Manager responsible for driving new business across leading IP brands, Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) and World Trademark Review (WTR). Engage with law firms, in‑house IP teams, and corporate decision‑makers to deliver insight and performance data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving new business across our leading IP brands
- Managing new business and existing accounts, identifying growth opportunities
- Building relationships with law firms, in‑house IP teams, and corporate decision‑makers globally
- Running consultative sales conversations and articulating product value
- Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Collaborating with marketing, editorial, and GTM teams to improve messaging and conversion
- Maintaining accurate pipeline and performance tracking in Salesforce
- Consistently hitting revenue targets and building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Developing long‑term client relationships and contributing to a high‑performing culture
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in a B2B sales or business development role
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
- Proactive, resilient, and curious mindset
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with a CRM system (Salesforce or similar)
