We are seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Awards Marketing Manager to support the planning, promotion, and delivery of industry awards programmes from launch through to post‑event communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end marketing campaigns for awards programmes, including email marketing, social media, website content, partnership activity, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain awards platforms and event systems, including setup, category management, automated communications, and reporting.
  • Monitor entry numbers, campaign performance, audience engagement, and sales activity, providing regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with editorial, sales, design teams, sponsors, judges, and external partners to support campaign objectives and event success.
  • Oversee audience data management and segmentation to ensure campaigns are correctly targeted.
  • Respond to entrant queries ensuring a high‑quality customer experience throughout the awards process.
  • Support shortlist announcements, ticket sales activity, and post‑event communications.
  • Proofread and coordinate event‑related materials including scripts, programme guides, and promotional collateral.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • Background in B2B events, media, or awards marketing.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
