We are now seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our specialist team and work closely with a senior conveyancing solicitor. The Role

  • AML checks and client onboarding
  • Direct client communication and matter coordination
  • Managing searches, enquiries and due‐diligence tasks
  • Liaising with lenders, brokers, agents and other solicitors
  • Progress chasing and keeping all parties updated
  • Assisting with exchange, completion and post‐completion formalities
  • Ensuring matters run efficiently and proactively resolving issues

  • Conveyancing experience is essential (2+ years)
