We are now seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our specialist team and work closely with a senior conveyancing solicitor. The Role
- AML checks and client onboarding
- Direct client communication and matter coordination
- Managing searches, enquiries and due‐diligence tasks
- Liaising with lenders, brokers, agents and other solicitors
- Progress chasing and keeping all parties updated
- Assisting with exchange, completion and post‐completion formalities
- Ensuring matters run efficiently and proactively resolving issues

- Conveyancing experience is essential (2+ years)
