Highly ranked and regarded for transactional and litigation practice areas and well known for its highly successful growth trajectory, this is an opportunity for a Tax Associate to work on highly varied work, M&A, Restructuring, Real Estate and Share Incentives. The role will suit a commercially minded, solutions-oriented Tax lawyer who would love to play a strategic role in a growing Tax practice.
