We have a new and very exciting opportunity for a Structured Finance lawyer with upwards of 18 months PQE to join this highly dynamic team which is in a growth trajectory. It is an international firm with a long established City HQ and part of a larger very successful Finance practice. Led by two dynamic ex Magic Circle partners, there will be the opportunity to be deeply involved in a broad range of securitisation work and a strategic part of this team’s growth.

Candidates must have current experience in an established Structured Finance team and good exposure to structured debt and asset backed finance. Knowledge of REF is helpful but not essential. The firm is well known for a highly collegiate culture, supportive partners and great work with international reach including the US.
