A unique opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial property and hospitality business as a Property Paralegal.
This is a varied and highly visible role supporting senior leadership while taking ownership of property-related legal documentation, compliance processes, and document management across a dynamic commercial property portfolio.
This is a permanent position.

The Role
You will play a central role in supporting property transactions, legal administration, compliance monitoring, and document control.
Key responsibilities include
- Property & Legal Support
- Assisting with the preparation, review and administration of lease agreements, licences, contracts and deeds.
- Supporting acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals and wider portfolio management activities.
- Coordinating with external solicitors, landlords, tenants, agents and internal stakeholders.
- Conducting legal and property searches.
- Developing and maintaining effective lease and legal document management systems.
- Monitoring critical lease events, contractual obligations and key dates.
- Supporting due diligence exercises and property compliance reviews.
- Managing relationships with business rates authorities and supporting the administration of property-related liabilities.
- Document Control
- Managing and maintaining property and legal filing systems.
- Ensuring robust document version control and tracking procedures.
- Maintaining registers for leases, contracts, deeds and compliance documentation.
- Coordinating document approvals and distribution across internal teams and third parties.
- Supporting audit requests through the efficient retrieval of documentation.
- Identifying opportunities to improve document management processes and efficiencies.
This is an end-to-end property paralegal position.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring
- Previous experience as a Property Paralegal working either in-house or within private practice.
- A strong understanding of commercial property processes and legal documentation.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work to multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with document management systems and electronic filing platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Commercial real estate, property development or construction sector experience.
- Knowledge of Land Registry procedures and property compliance requirements.
- Experience using systems such as Share Point, i Manage, Aconex or Procore.
- Paralegal qualification, legal studies background or a law degree.
